How to get to Bansko
If you are in Sofia, you can take a bus from “Ovcha Kupel” Bus Station. There is regular one at 11 a.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Another bus leaves the Central Bus Station every day at 5.30 p.m. Depending on the traffic and the road conditions it takes between 3 and 4 hours to get to Bansko. Have in mind the fact that during the high season it is hard to get a ticket right before leaving. You have to buy it a week in advance.
